Anthill Baro't Saya Doll
Anthill Baro't Saya Doll

The Anthill doll is back - now in traditional Baro't Saya wear for a beautiful Maria Clara ensemble. The doll's skirt is made of indigenous hand-loomed textile while the top is made of lace and trimmings.

Dimensions: 13.5” x 3” x 18”

Anthill is a creative social enterprise founded by Annie and Anya Lim, a mother-daughter tandem who share the same love and vision for Filipino indigenous culture and fabrics. The dolls are crafted by the women of Handcrafters of Mary Enterprise (HOME), an urban sewing community of mothers from Barangay Tisa, Cebu City.

  • Ordered this doll a while back for my baby daughter. She was given Barbie dolls as gifts. Aside from it's not age appropriate, I don't like my daughter to grow up with those toys. This doll, which we named as "Dolly", is her erstwhile bedtime buddy. She likes to hug and kiss her. So adorable!...
