Friday blues getting you down? Sounds like you might need a good pampering. Unwind after a long week with the goodness of nature by rewarding your tired hands and heels through these simple exercises.

Pamper those hardworking hands

1. Apply 1-2 pumps of our Calming Massage Oil into your palms and gently rub around the wrist of your right hand. Use wide, gentle outward sweeping movements of the thumbs, moving slowly. Allow its soothing infusion of lavender, orange, and lemongrass oils to envelop you and quiet your mind.

2. Using the same motion, work your thumbs into the palms of your right hand, gently moving from the center of the palm outwards to the edges. Repeat slowly for about thirty seconds.

3. Turn the hand over, and use your thumbs to massage the top of your hands, moving from your knuckles down to your wrist.

4. Now, move on to the fingers. Starting from your pinky, give your finger a slow side-to-side twist to gently rotate your knuckle bone joint. Repeat this rotating motion on every finger, moving towards your thumb.

5. Gently give the hand a last squeeze and pat off the oil with a towel. Moisturize your hand with our Strawberry Hand & Foot Salve for a mild and sweet ending. Repeat the same exercise on your left hand.

Step up your spa session with a foot massage

1. Begin by massaging your right foot with 1-2 pumps of our Rejuvenating Massage Oil. Apply slow but firm pressure to loosen it up, beginning from the toes and moving downwards towards the heel. Massage the tension away for about thirty seconds as the oil’s eucalyptus and rosemary oils provide natural relief.

2. Using both hands, slowly stroke the spine of the foot with your four fingers on top of the foot and thumbs underneath the foot, gently kneading away any aches or strains.

3. Holding the same position, apply a gentle twisting motion on the spine area by wringing your hands back and forth. Do this for about thirty seconds, paying close attention to areas that may have been strained by wearing high heels.

4. Cap off the massage by moisturizing your foot with our Eucalyptus Hand & Foot Salve to give your heel a final cooling treat. Repeat the exercise on your left foot.
