Once in a while, it's important to take time off from our busy lives and recalibrate ourselves to help us remain on-track with our mission. That's what the Human Nature Management Team did a couple of weeks back as we entered a new frontier: manufacturing. Human Nature's very first manufacturing plant will begin operations this September! Quoting our COO & Co-Founder, Dylan Wilk, "God is leading us to places where we can make even greater impact!"
Having our own manufacturing plant goes beyond having better control on our stock situation. It means that we are able to make a difference in the lives of those who make up the bottom of the pyramid in the manufacturing sector: the factory workers. The benefits of regularization, wages that are 70% higher than minimum legal wage, health care, life skills development and values sessions can now all be extended to a whole new group of Human Nature employees. More and more, our work here and your work as dealers becomes a mission for good: A mission driven by the spirit of bayanihan, the necessity of integrity, the stewardship of our talents & resources, and the compassion for those who have the least. Excellence in all respects.
