When my hormones shot up when I became pregnant, my face began to produce excessive oil. My face and neck developed rashes which turned eventually into acne... I used it twice a day for (almost a week) until I noticed that my face doesn't produce too much oil anymore. And just to maintain the oil balance, I use it once a day. I may still have the rashes (due to pregnancy hormones but is totally fine and tolerable), my face is now back to normal.
