"I really don't know why I just currently use this product (lol!) Since, I've been a user, and a HHN member for quite a long time. I've tried some anti dandruff shampoos, particularly those with ZPT ingredient, and those organic ones. But nothing helped me "manage flakes" in my scalp except for this one. I'm not sure if I have a dry scalp, or an oily scalp, I'm still confused with my scalp condition. My scalp felt itchy after a couple of days, esp when it gets greasy or oily, then flakes will show up. I've read a medical article online where it says to their study that a non dandruff shampoo works better with women experiencing an itchy, flaky scalp compared to using an anti dandruff shampoo. So I've checked the ingredients of this moisturizing shampoo. I tried the Mandarin variant. Prior to shampooing, I sometimes apply VCO directly in my scalp. So with the shampoo, and with the conditioner(which I've been using for a long time by the way, and swear by it!) One thing I've really noticed, my scalp doesn't grease that bad anymore. Does not weigh down my hair even for few days. Doesn't gave me greasy feeling. I felt my hair got thicker too. I'm still experiencing itchiness sometimes as well as some flakes esp when sweat reached my scalp, but not the same as before. I am still using the shampoo for more than a month, but this shampoo helped me managed my hair and scalp a lot better."

"Love the Lush Vanilla variant. My hair is more soft and I have less hairfall. My tweens are now using this too (graduated from using Kid's Shampoo and Body Wash) and their hair is softer and doesn't have dikdik like when they used commercial shampoo for tweens. I just wish it lathers well like the clarifying shampoo. Btw, can you also consider making shampoo bars? "

truly softens the hair even on the first wash!
"It was a long journey from QC main office to Lipa City where I reside, and after a tiring day I decided to give myself a night shower using this breakthrough shampoo - it really delivers the promise, I actually felt my hair softened even without the conditioner. At first the scent seemed too strong for my taste (I'm used to the mandarin moisturizing shampoo with a pleasant orangey-fresh scent which I regularly used), but after a while the strong scent died down and a gentler note remained. A definite keeper!"

Love the scent but did not see the wonders on my hair
"I'm embarking on a all-organic beauty products and was excited to try this one especially after seeing the product teaser on the website. First, I observed that it takes a while before the shampoo lathers, unlike the commercial brands that instantly lather the moment you massage it on your hair. This one takes a few more seconds but gives you the same rich lather. I also love the mandarin scent but it goes away as soon as you dry your hair. I wish the scent stays on my hair the whole day because it's so refreshing. Performance-wise, I regret to say that it did not do wonders for my hair. First time I used it without conditioner, my hair felt dry. The next time I finished with a commercial conditioner and I did not see much improvement. I might continue using it though until I find a better organic shampoo.

Yes, it takes a little longer to foam because we don't use any sulfates (e.g. SLS/SLES) since they cause long-term damage to hair and have been linked to other health problems. Regarding scent, again, chemical shampoos use phthalates to make the scent linger longer, but those synthetic fragrances are hormone disruptors and can lead to reproductive problems. It's never likely to be possible to get exactly the same immediate feel with a natural product as with the synthetic chemicals, but you won't risk any unwanted side effects :) And as always at Human Nature, if you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange :) ]"

Bath time is fun time
"I love how creamy and easily it lathers on my hair (in relation to Arlene's review -- the secret to lathering any shampoo or soap is to wet your hair or body first) but at the same time washes off easily. I love the mandarin scent and I don't mind that the scent doesn't linger on my hair the whole day coz I'm aware that chemicals do this to other commercial products. It would be lovely though if the complimentary conditioner is as creamy as right now, it feels a tad runny to me.
Overall, I enjoy every bath experience I have using Human Nature products. It would be great though if you can come up with a line of lavender-scented soaps as I'm a soap freak!
