When you become a HEARTrepreneur or a Human Nature Dealer, you take part in Human Nature’s mission to uplift the poor through sharing the goodness of our genuinely natural products.  To help you in your business of sharing goodness, you may now enjoy up to 27.5% discount on purchases and up to 10% on commissions. 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. To become a Human Nature Dealer under the new June 1, 2022 scheme, you must purchase at least P1,999* worth of Human Nature products, fill-out the Dealer registration form, and provide a valid ID and TIN. 
  2. Upon successful registration, you will receive 5 copies of the magalogue and a physical or digital ID card. 

*P1,999 net of Dealer discount; or P2,665 SRP

BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES

  1. As a Dealer, you can enjoy a 25-27.5% discount on all purchases*. The discount level will be based on your monthly purchase:
  1. You may also earn one-time referral commissions OR up to 10%** on your referrals’ purchases:

To earn commissions from community purchases (meaning, purchases of your recruits), you would need to maintain a personal purchase, combined community purchase, and a number of active referrals*** monthly.

  1. Access to Dealer-exclusive in-store promos and new product launch offers.   
  2. The Dealership is non-transferrable, though you may enroll or authorize one household member to order and pay on your behalf.

*Home Care products, Skin Shield Oil products, Sunflower Beauty Oil products, Refilling Station 

products, and Social Enterprise items have a ceiling Dealer discount of 20% discount. Next 9 Diapers have a ceiling discount of 10%. All other Human Nature products, including the products on promotion, have a 27.5% ceiling Dealer discount.

**Social enterprise products including Next 9 diapers, Non- Human Nature merchandise, Human Nature Home Care products, and Refilling Station products have a ceiling referral commission rate of 3%. 

***Active referrals are Shopper/ Member/ Dealer recruits who have active account status

VALIDITY, MOVING UP, SLIDING DOWN, & RENEWAL

  1. Dealer discount is assessed at the end of each month and is updated on the 5th of the following month. You need to maintain at least the minimum personal purchase requirement for the specific discount level every month in order to retain your discount. If you are able to reach the target purchase for a higher discount the new discount rate will be applied to your account in the succeeding month. Similarly, if you fail to meet the required purchase for your current discount level you will go down to 25% (the lowest discount level).
  2. All Dealers are given three consecutive months to make up for their purchases in order to stay on their rank and/ or at least keep their discount.  
  3. Moving up the Dealer rank (from Gold to Platinum or Diamond, or Platinum to Diamond) happens when you meet the personal and community purchase requirements plus the required direct active referral for the next rank within one calendar month provided that you have met or surpassed all of the three-month average requirement for your current rank.
  4. Sliding down the Dealer rank happens when you miss at least one of the three rank requirements (average personal purchase, community purchase and direct active referral) within a three-month rolling period. While in these three months, you will still enjoy the referral earning rates of your current rank. You will slide down to the next rank if you miss any of the three-month average requirements for that rank. 
  5. In the event that you fail to meet the required average monthly purchase of P2,000 within a three month rolling period, your account goes into a dormant or inactive state. Hence, an inactive Dealer loses their discount privileges and will purchase at SRP. 
  6. If your account goes into an inactive status, you can reactivate by purchasing a net amount of P2,000 worth of Human Nature products to reactivate at a 25% Dealer discount. You may choose to make a single purchase of P2,000 to immediately reactivate your Dealer account or make a cumulative purchase within a month and get your account reactivated the following month. Alternatively, you may also switch to being a Member and avail the P150 Membership pack to get an immediate 15% discount on your purchases valid for 1-year plus enjoy the other Member-exclusive perks.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The new Dealership scheme will be implemented starting from June 1, 2022 at all Human Nature branches nationwide, sales hotline, and Human Nature website.
  2. Home Care products (except Dishwashing Powder and Baby Bottle Utensil Cleansing Powder), Skin Shield Oil products, Sunflower Beauty Oil products, Refilling Station products, and Social Enterprise items have a ceiling Dealer discount of 20% discount. Next 9 Diapers have a ceiling discount of 10%. All other Human Nature products, including the products on promotion, have a 27.5% ceiling Dealer discount.
  3. All Human Nature products have a ceiling referral commission rate of 10% except for Social enterprise products including Next 9 diapers, Non- Human Nature merchandise, Human Nature Home Care products, and Refilling Station products, all of which have a ceiling referral commission rate of 3%.
  4. This new scheme is valid for new customers, current active Dealers, and inactive End-users/Shoppers/Members/Dealers.
  5. The minimum purchase required to sign up as a Dealer is valid for single-receipt transactions, net of Dealer discount, sales tax, and shipping & handling charges. The minimum purchase includes any Human Nature branded products.  Items from partner social enterprises, Human Nature packaging, and marketing materials are not included.
  6. Current active Dealers do not need to sign up for the new dealer scheme that starts June 1. Previous Regular, Bronze and Silver Dealers will be promoted to Gold Dealers. Previous Gold Dealers will be promoted to Platinum Dealers, and previous Platinum Dealers will be promoted to Diamond Dealers. They can maintain their discounts and rank by July onwards if they meet the new monthly thresholds. Note that the Dealer status and rank by July will already be based on the new terms using the previous month/s’ sales performance, including June, based on the 3-month rule.
  7. Current active Dealers who signed up between January 1, 2022 and May 31, 2022 can still enjoy their current dealer discount until the end of their guaranteed 6-month discount period.  Once the 6 months is up, they can maintain their discount and rank if they meet the new average monthly requirements.
  8. Dealers who have recently reactivated their dealership between March 1 and May 31, 2022 can still enjoy their current dealer discount until the end of their guaranteed 3-month discount period.  Once the 3 months is up, they can maintain their discount and rank if they meet the new average monthly requirements.
  9. The Dealership is non-transferrable, though Dealers may enroll at their home branch one (1) household member as their authorized representative to order and pay.
  10. Human Nature reserves the right to request for Proof of Identification from the Dealer and/ or the authorized representative upon use. 

Possible Scenarios and Questions:

  1. I’m currently an active Dealer, what rank will I be now?  What will be my rank in the following month?

A:  Current active Dealers do not need to sign up for the new dealer scheme that starts June 1. Previous Regular, Bronze and Silver Dealers will be promoted to Gold Dealers. Previous Gold Dealers will be promoted to Platinum Dealers, and previous Platinum Dealers will be promoted to Diamond Dealers. They can maintain their discounts and rank by July onwards if they meet the new monthly thresholds. Note that the Dealer status and rank by July will already be based on the new terms using their June sales performance.

  1. If I won’t be able to meet the required average monthly thresholds to maintain my ranking, what will happen to my account?  

A:  If you’re a Platinum or Diamond Dealer, you will go down 1 rank l if you’re not able to meet your required average monthly thresholds.  If you’re a Gold Dealer, you need to maintain the required P2k personal purchase to maintain your Gold ranking.  

  1. I am a Dealer enjoying either 26% or 27.5% discount under the new scheme.  Will my account automatically go into inactive state and be on regular SRP the next month if my current purchase is below the P2k minimum monthly purchase?

A:  If you’re a Dealer on 26% or 27.5% discount and your current purchase is below the P2k minimum personal purchase, your discount the following month will be 25%.  Just like the old scheme, your account status is dependent on your ranking.  You will only go into inactive state If you’re not able to maintain the average monthly thresholds as a Gold Dealer (lowest rank) within 3 months. 

  1. How much do I need to pay to reactivate my account? Is there a limit in the number of times that I reactivate in case my account goes into a dormant or inactive state again?

A:  You need to spend a minimum purchase of P2,000 worth of Human Nature products, net of Dealer discount, to reactivate your account.  Currently there’s no limit in the number of times to reactivate. 

  1. I’m a Gold Dealer under the new scheme and my recruit (a Member) renews his/her Membership after a year.  Will I continue to get a one-time referral fee for every renewal?

A:  No, the referral commission for Gold Dealers is one-time only.

  1. Can I ask someone to purchase for me and give him/her an authorization letter?  Can I ask more than 1 person who’s not in my household to order and pay on my behalf?

A:  You may enroll at your home branch one (1) household member as your authorized representative to order and pay. You may enroll one (1) person in the same household only.  You may change your authorized representative at your home branch.

  1. I’m a Gold Dealer and earned a one-time P50 referral fee for recruiting a Member.  The following month, I moved up the ranks to Platinum. Will I earn 5% commission from the purchases of the same Member whom I recruited previously?

A:  In this case, yes. The referral commission scheme is based on the current Dealer rank that you’re in.  As a Platinum Dealer, you will get a commission from purchases of the same Member whom you recruited previously as long as your recruits’ status is active.  

  1. I’m a personal user of Human Nature products and I don’t intend to sell.  Can I still sign up as a Dealer to enjoy the discounts?

A:  The Dealership program and its requirements are designed for resellers.  You may sign up as a Member instead to avail the Membership discount and exclusive offers applicable for personal users.  

  1. Can I avail of both Membership and Dealership at the same time?

A:  No, you may only choose one that applies to you.  The Membership benefits are for personal use, while Dealership is for those who would want to resell.  If you’re a current Member and you decide to sell later on, you may sign-up to be a Dealer anytime for as long as you meet the requirements.

  1. I am a Member and would like to become a Human Nature Dealer.  Do I need to sign up as a Dealer even if I have already attained the required minimum P1,999 purchase to qualify? 

A:  Yes, you need to sign up as a Dealer and provide the requirements needed to avail the Dealership discount and benefits.
