LOVE this facial wash. I used to have breakouts especially when I'm about to have my period. My pimples were not as many but they were big and would really go through the process of bump - pustule - crusting.... However, after using this, there was an immediate decline in breakouts. Even when I have the occasional pimples, they dry up immediately and don't progress to the usual pustule stage. I have been using this for about 2 years and it's one of my favorite HN products.

"This product is effective in controlling breakouts and oiliness. I just suggest that the bottle come with a pump for convenience. "Love the herbaceous scent quite refreshing and calming at the same time! Minimizes my zits and keeps my skin oil free thisis great for the coming summer! This one have a cream/gel consistency and it lathers well I wish that the Tomato Wash would have the same consistency. Though it is not as brightening compared to the Tomato variant, so alternate this and the Tomato Wash . I hope you'll have a bigger size and please do have a Tea Tree Toner too!"

"For three weeks of use di ko alam kung ok ba. Although no major breakouts, pero napansin kong dumami sila sa gilid ng mukha ko, ung sa may malapit sa tenga at sa jawline. Hindi sinasama ko naman yun pag naghihilamos. I didn't have these problem when I was using the Pure Strength facial scrub. May kinalaman kaya yung transition ko from Pure Strength to acne Defense sa pagdami ng breakout sa gilid ng pisngi ko? Or mejo hindi lang hiyang sakin eto. But may still be recommended for others. "The old pimple marks (near my ears) look better and my nose got less oily, but my forehead started to have small pimples (small bumps that are just starting to appear)? I didn't have pimples on my forehead before, and I don't want them to breakout. I'm not sure if I should stop using the facial wash (acne defense) and switch to something else, or if the problem is the toner (balancing). I've only just been using these two for a week (2x a day). "HHN's cleanser is a godsend. I've been looking for a non-foaming facial wash for my acne-prone skin, specifically one that that has a pH between 4.0 - 5.5. Other foaming facial washes have a pH of 8.0 upwards, destroying the skin's protective acid mantle and making it prone to irritation and acne. I have a pH meter at home and this cleanser had a pH reading of 4.1, so I'm glad to say that this cleanser fits the bill. I would've posted a picture of the pH reading if there was such an option. I highly recommend this. Please note that I use this product as a second cleanse after a first cleanse with Bioderma Sensibio. I also usually use this before going to bed, unless I'm having stubborn acne, then I end up using it twice a day. "It is really a refreshing face wash. Hoping this will work for me. Just a suggestion, why don't you guys change the bottle into like of the other facial washes you offer. Why this one's different? I really had a hard time dispensing it onto my palm. I think I'll just tranfer the wash to a bottle of face wash I've already used up. But nevertheless, I like this one. :)"

"Bottle too rigid for dispensing. It's a challenge to pour contents. I wish you consider the squeeze tube packaging for this product along with your other facial wash products. "Its very effective, the scent gives me that zen vibe and I could easily visualize myself to be near a waterfall beside a bamboo forest. The only thing that really annoyed me is the bottle itself. I find it hard to manifest immediate strength in the morning so I have to shake it so the liquid will go out. Although it's hard, it does help with the control since I was not supposed to use a lot. At first, I did get confused if it was working since I couldn't see if I did it right because it blended so well with the water on my face. [EDITOR'S NOTE: Hello Alex! "Kabibili ko lang neto last week and gaaaaash since I started using this, nagkaron ako ng maliliit ng butlig sa cheeks and forehead ko (napaka rare na magkaron ako ng bumps or pimples around my forehead. Ngayon lang).And wala namang nabago sa sleeping pattern ko or sa mga iniinom ko, etc. Nag basa rin ako ng ibang reviews and they also experienced the same :( Gustong gusto ko pa naman mga products ng human nature especially your make up line but this one? Hindi lang siguro ako hiyang :( Babalik nalang ulit ako sa Balancing Face Wash & its toner. Still, more power to you guys. Other than that, I love eveeeery bit of your product!
