The year 2009 was a very busy and fulfilling year for Human Nature capped by the frenetic gift-giving holiday season. This year, we look forward to more exciting products, better opportunities for our dealers and more partnerships with local communities to reinforce our commitment to helping the local organic agricultural sector and promote the social enterprise concept.
To start off the year, the January-March 2010 catalog is NOW AVAILABLE! Our cover girl, Patty Ortega, is a professional model and has been a long time dealer of Human Nature products. Things are coming up berry delicious as well as we start the year with the launch of our strawberry-scented products! NEW DEALER EARNINGS SCHEME
The new Dealer Earnings Scheme took effect starting January 1, 2010. As communicated in the various Dealer’s Assemblies conducted nationwide in the past few months, the new earnings scheme aims to strengthen the earning opportunity of dealers both in the short and long-term. It also reinforces the role of the Human Nature dealer as our advocacy partner by providing incentives to share the products and the earning opportunity to other people.

DEALER ID
Dealer IDs may now be claimed at your branch of application. For new sign-ups, your Dealer ID will be issued to you with your succeeding order. Your Dealer ID will identify you as an authorized Human Nature Dealer.
IMPORTANT: Please present your Dealer ID when placing or collecting orders to ensure that your product purchases are correctly credited to your name.
TRAINING SCHEDULES
You are all invited to learn more about the Human Nature products, advocacy, and earning opportunity! There are 2 types of sessions you may choose to attend:
1) Business Orientation Seminar
What is it? This is a brief 2-hour session that introduces the history of the company, the values & philosophy driving it, and the advocacies being espoused. It also talks about the Human Nature Brand and its products as well as an understanding of what organic & natural means. It will include a presentation of the different harmful chemicals to avoid and the various natural ingredient alternatives available.
Who should attend? Anyone who wishes to learn more about Human Nature whether he/she is a product user, a non-dealer, or a dealer.
2)Dealer Training Workshops
What is it? This is a brief 2-hour session that shares the basic skills required for new & existing dealers to start out successfully in their Human Nature business. It includes simple training modules on how to sell the products and how to share the earning opportunity.
Who should attend? Registered dealers only.

SPOTLIGHT: HN Distributor of the Month
Pauline Apilado or “Pau” was introduced to the organic diet and lifestyle through a writing stint with one of the leading women’s magazines. Thereafter, she started visiting organic markets and trade fairs where she came across . Pau signed up as a dealer April of last year and has since been an active advocate of Human Nature.
She also actively joined bazaars even prior to the Christmas season. Through these bazaars, Pau was able to establish a wide network of dealers and customers (including celebrities like KC Concepcion). Now a Franchise Manager, it won’t be long before she becomes a Gold Tier Executive!
Here at Human Nature, our goal is to encourage people who come in contact with the brand -- as a dealer or as a product user -- to be Human Nature ambassadors as they themselves are inspired to share the good news about the Human Nature social enterprise that lives out its philosophy of being PRO PHILIPPINES, PRO POOR AND PRO ENVIRONMENT. HEAD OFFICE UPDATES
Mildred Baril – Head of Supply Chain
Mildred joins us after 8 solid years of supply chain experience with General Mills (makers of Haagen-Dazs, Pillsbury) as Supply Chain Head managing and overseeing logistics operations as well as overall supply chain integration. At Human Nature, she will provide the expertise in ensuring that we get the best quality and the most optimal costs for everything that goes into making each and every product. Mildred will also be overseeing overall supply chain processes to ensure that we are on the right track to achieving world-class operations!
Angelo Dayrit – Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Gelo’s 9-year experience in logistics and distribution will be invaluable to his new role in overseeing the warehousing and logistics needs of Human Nature. He will be making sure that you get your product orders on time and in good condition.
Marvin Sayo - Branch Operations Manager
Marvin brings with him a solid track record from his stint handling branch operations with Fuller Life Direct Selling Philippines. His role in Human Nature will be focused on developing and rolling out systems, processes and operation standards across all Human Nature Branches nationwide to ensure that they stay efficient and effective in providing all Human Nature Dealers the best service possible.
Elena Tolentino – Product Development Associate
Elena’s career includes a 4-year stint as a formulator in one of the country’s widely-successful, all-Filipino owned personal care companies, and 5 years working with a variety of leading raw material suppliers companies. As a mother to a 2-year old daughter, Elena strongly believes that our everyday choices as consumers will impact the environment we leave our children and the generations after. She will play a key role in all new product development initiatives as she ensures that each Human Nature product remains true to being 100% free from harmful chemicals.
Reby Baldoz – Sales & Marketing Associate
Joining us from IBM, Reby will be tasked with rolling out Product Training to dealers and branches alike. She will also be assisting in the development and implementation of a variety of marketing initiatives. Watch out for Reby as she makes the training rounds!
Neneth dela Cruz, Renila Dizon, Emelee Obillo – Sales Associates
Neneth, Yla and Emelee are the newest members of the Human Nature Sales Team. They will be assisting you with all sales and customer service transactions.
