The year 2010 allowed Human Nature to grow quickly, thanks to the unwavering support from all of you. Because of this (and after listening to your input during 2010), we would like to share with you the rewards of your commitment and dedication to spread the products and share the advocacy. It is part of our vision to set an example that it is possible to strike a balance between having a fulfilling business as well as a financially satisfying business for everyone involved, from the farmers to you, our dealers. Therefore, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 15, 2011, all dealers will enjoy higher discounts on your personal purchases following the scheme below:
Your purchases from January 1-14 will follow the regular discount scheme. But from January 15, your discount level will be increased to the new rates (based on your personal purchases for the period December 2010). For example: Dealer A’s personal purchases for December 2010 totalled Php17,000. Therefore, Dealer A’s discounts in January 2011 will be as follows:
Simpler & Improved Commission and Ranking Scheme! Not only have we improved your discount levels but we have also simplified the dealer earnings scheme so that more dealers can become Silver and Gold Executives faster and easier! PRODUCTS & PRICING New Catalogue Pricing Effective January 22, 2011 We have a lot of big plans for 2011, including setting-up more community farms, launching more innovative products (such as 100% Natural Passion Fruit Hydrating Lipstick - coming in our January catalogue!), increasing your discounts and improving our service to you. But despite our plans, it is very important that our products remain competitive with leading chemical brands so that every Filipino can switch from using harmful chemical-based products to using safe natural and organic products which support the Philippines instead. If you have a quick look in the supermarket, you will notice that many of the leading chemical brands are priced even much higher than our safe, natural products. This knowledge has given us the confidence to increase our prices slightly by an average of 5-10% to be able to fund the increase in your discounts and the other plans just mentioned, without you risking losing sales. Some of the products which are being increased have never had a price increase since our launch two years ago (e.g. Sunflower Beauty Oil). Some products have actually gone down in price (e.g. Lip Balm) and others have remained the same (e.g. 100ml Bug Spray). Even after the price changes, our products are still more affordable than many leading chemical brands and other direct selling giants, despite being much safer! And of course, Human Nature is still the most affordable range of natural products in the Philippines despite being more effective and higher quality than many other natural brands.
