Dear Human Nature Dealers,President Aquino's 2011 State of the Nation address mentioned a very important point we all can relate to. In response to the question "What do we do with the people who are left behind?", he said "First, we identified the poorest of the poor, and invested in them, because people are our greatest resource. We are giving these poor families a chance to improve their lives, because their progress will be the country's progress. We are laying down the foundations for a brighter future for the poor." Reading that, pride and elation in Human Nature filled me completely because we are doing precisely that! The work that we -- you included -- all do everyday in the name of Human Nature is work that gives honor and dignity to the poorest of the poor. Yes, we still have a long way to go. But who would have thought that there would come a time when your day's work meant that you would be fulfilling your responsibility as a citizen of this beautiful country? Many people have long endured that daily grind, that corporate rat race, that uncertainty of how they can be of service to society. For many of us in the Human Nature family, we have long gone past that because the Human Nature mission that guides us is clear and delivers results that further affirm that what we are doing is good for the poor, for our environment, for our country.
