"Hi HN! I switched to your products because it does not contain any harmful chemicals. I've been using the Balancing Facial Wash for 3 days now and the Balancing Facial Toner for 2 weeks now. I had lesser oil production on my T-zone and my pimples that I had from my previous product were gone. Two thumbs up for that! However, the only issue for me are the scrubs in the Balancing Facial Wash. Although I've read that it is a gentle scrub, I don't wash my face vigorously because I'm afraid that the scrubs could irritate my skin. "I bought the big one of this. The scrub in this cleanser cause skin stimulation and small cuts on skin in the long run. I think, scrubs like this should be only in physical exfoliating products that is used only few times a week. Not in cleansers that we use 2x daily, even if you said that's it's designed to be gentle, the scrub doesn't even melt down with water. Imagine massaging the cleanser on on your face for 60 seconds morning and night for what, weeks? or months maybe?. No matter what skin type you have, that's too much stimulation. I can't even use cleansing brush w/ this. Now, I use this once a day, every other day alternate w/ my other facial foam. using only my smallest fingers w/ super light circular motion.
