"Hi! I have oily skin so I thought of using this. I only used it yesterday morning and night. Then I woke up this morning with redness and itchiness on my cheeks near the jawline area. The inflamed area also feels hot so it means some type of reaction is going on there. I did cold compress awhile ago, which helped a bit but I still have redness and itchiness on the said area.
Do you guys allow replacement of products? I'm very scared to use the balancing toner again for reasons of it burning my face. But I would like to replace it with the nourishing facial toner for sensitive skin, hoping that that product has more gentle ingredients"

"I kinda have a sensitive and combination skin. I've actually tried all of your toners but this is probably my fave among them. It had a little sting or itchiness to it in the beginning but my skin eventually had gotten pass that. At first as well, it wasn't totally helping keeping the oil at bay but it gotten better little by little. And now what I can say, it feels refreshing and doesn't give me flare ups, although I still get the occasional monthly breakouts. I only use this at night 'cause when I tried to use it in the morning, my face gets stickier and oilier than without. It's not very noticeable but it helped shrunk my pores a bit after my first bottle, still not totally though. I'm glad I got to try this . "I'm 20 years old and just recently shifted from using an alcohol-based toner to this product from HHN. I absolutely love it! I have oily skin, which is prone to blackheads on my nose, and other blemishes on my forehead and cheeks. I've noticed that after using this toner for a week (along with the detoxifying mask + scrub 2x a week), my face has been considerably clearer than before! I hope that HHN can develop a thick, moisturising night eye cream as well. It's the only HHN product missing from my night skin care routine."
