Human Nature Dealers are subject to 5% withholding tax when you submit the following documents: A sworn declaration of your gross annual earnings; and A copy of your Certificate of Registration or BIR/TIN ID. To ensure a hassle-free process of receiving this month's commissions and further earnings in the future, please submit the aforementioned requirements on or before the 5th of the following month.
