   3. Enable by clicking "E-commerce access".
   4. An OTP (One-Time Pin) will be sent to your enrolled mobile phone number.
   5. Type in the OTP and wait for the confirmation message on your BPI app.

For orders from international customers, we ship via international courier.* Just go to humanheartnature.com and choose "Other Countries", then place your order through the shopping cart. The checkout page will display the shipping fee prior to payment (Step 3: Shipping Method).

The shipping fee depends on your order's weight and destination. Starting rate is Php 1,000 or 25 USD.

Orders placed through the phone/online for pick up at the store need to be paid at the time of order by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay when collecting, our team will be happy to prepare your order when you arrive, while you relax and browse.

Kindly give us 4 business hours lead time between payment and pick up to process and prepare your order. You may pick up your orders up to 6PM from Mondays to Fridays and up to 5PM on Saturdays. For same day pick up, the cut off time for ordering and payment is 3PM.

If someone else is picking up your order for you, please make sure they bring an authorization letter signed by you and a copy of your dealer ID/valid ID.

For pick up at our branches, please contact the branch directly.

Our product pages on the website shopping cart are updated to the minute to show when products are available or sold out.

If an item is sold out at the time of your order, just place a back order for the item and you'll receive it 1-2 days after the product becomes available once more. Here's the great part: Shipping is free of charge for all back orders!
