This has been Human Nature's promise since the beginning. Top-quality genuinely natural products and total customer satisfaction - or your money back. That's the way it's been and that's the way it's going to stay.

We want the absolute best product experience for all of our customers. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to the place you bought it from or get in touch with our Customer Service Team within 30 days for non-food products and 7 days for food products from the date you bought it. We will provide you a replacement, refund, or credit for it - absolutely.

Delivery costs just:

Metro Manila: Shipping is FREE for orders above P999! For orders worth P998 and below, the fee is an unbeatable fixed rate of Php38!
Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao: fee starts at Php49

Normal shipping time is 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 8-17 days for provincial addresses..

You can order online and pay by credit/debit card or bank deposit.

Pro Tip: You can opt to have your invoice shipped with your order, or just emailed to you if you're sending it to a friend as a gift.

Through a partnership with MAYA since December 7, 2022, orders via our website can be paid seamlessly through the following :

From our checkout page, you will be redirected to the MAYA site to process your credit/debit card payment.

Your credit/debit card and identity information are protected on our site by Comodo Secure.

If you are a BPI debit card holder and wish to activate your card securely and safely for online payments, you can do so by following the simple steps :
1. After signing in and accessing your BPI app, click "Other services".
2. Under "Card", click "Card Control". Click "Show Card Settings" for your identified card.
3. Enable by clicking "E-commerce access".
4. An OTP (One-Time Pin) will be sent to your enrolled mobile phone number.
5. Type in the OTP and wait for the confirmation message on your BPI app.
You're good to go!
Maya/Gcash/QR PH and other E-wallets

From our checkout page, you will be redirected to the MAYA site to process your E-wallet payment.

No need to access your Maya/GCash/E-wallet App separately to send us your proof of transaction! MAYA's new feature lets you pay Maya/GCash/E-wallet seamlessly and more conveniently.

Other payment options for our website include :

You may still continue to pay via Bank Over-the-Counter Deposit or Bank Online Transfer.

Please pay for your purchase within 7 days and email us the copy of the deposit slip so we can process your order. Please remember to include your name, order number, and phone number so we know who you are! We accept online and mobile fund transfers. Interbank fund transfers are possible, however, processing charges are automatically deducted. Kindly ensure that the amount of fund transfer covers the whole amount of the order including the charges.

For orders from international customers, we ship via international courier.* Just go to humanheartnature.com and choose "Other Countries", then place your order through the shopping cart. The checkout page will display the shipping fee prior to payment (Step 3: Shipping Method).

The shipping fee depends on your order's weight and destination. Starting rate is Php 1,000 or 25 USD.

Orders placed through the phone/online for pick up at the store need to be paid at the time of order by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay when collecting, our team will be happy to prepare your order when you arrive, while you relax and browse.

Kindly give us 4 business hours lead time between payment and pick up to process and prepare your order. You may pick up your orders up to 6PM from Mondays to Fridays and up to 5PM on Saturdays. For same day pick up, the cut off time for ordering and payment is 3PM.

If someone else is picking up your order for you, please make sure they bring an authorization letter signed by you and a copy of your dealer ID/valid ID.

For pick up at our branches, please contact the branch directly.

Our product pages on the website shopping cart are updated to the minute to show when products are available or sold out.

If an item is sold out at the time of your order, just place a back order for the item and you'll receive it 1-2 days after the product becomes available once more. Here's the great part: Shipping is free of charge for all back orders!
