2019 marks Human Nature's 10th year of helping the poor, the Philippines and the environment! We want to celebrate it with you so we'll be sharing with you the goodness you've helped build through your support for our products and also for what we stand for - love for Mother Earth and better quality of life for each and every Filipino. 1. Every Human Nature worker gets dignified living wages. The minimum wage is at Php512 but we give our employees a LIVING wage at Php910 - almost double the standard, so they can afford to have a comfortable life and save up for themselves and their family.

2. All of our workers get a day off on Sundays. Human Nature employees get Sundays off and all our branches are closed on Sundays as well, so everyone can enjoy it with their loved ones and worship on the Lord's Day.

3. Workers have stable jobs because of our no firing policy. Human Nature advocates a no firing policy. A lot of the people we hire come from backgrounds wherein one mistake can mean losing your job. God, despite our many mistakes, doesn't give up on us, and so we, too, decided to never give up on our people. By adhering to a no firing policy, Human Nature is promising to never give up despite the challenges and that we take full responsibility of being good stewards of our employees by helping them correct their mistakes and become the best that they can be.

4. We've supported over 30 social enterprises to scale up our impact. True transformation happens when you can grow goodness and have it scaled up - it only works if other businesses can do it. And so we're partnering with other social enterprises and helped them adhere to producing quality products and building efficient systems for them and their communities.

5. We've raised 170 homes for the poor & funded 50 scholars. With your every purchase of Bug Shield, and through our fundraisers and other goodness projects, we've helped give concrete hope to those who need it the most. Cheers!

7. Every product is genuinely natural and safe. The origin of each Human Nature product belongs to Mother Earth's own laboratory of moist rich soil, sunshine, and dew. Our ingredients are more than inspired by nature – they are nature itself, carefully selected, deftly distilled and perfectly blended in each bottle. Human Nature was the first cosmetics and personal care company in the Philippines to be awarded the distinction of being truly cruelty-free by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the largest animal rights organization in the world. Human Nature was also the first and is the only Filipino company to have signed PETA’s statement of assurance against animal testing.

10. We use Philippine ingredients to uplift our land and local farmers. The Philippines is our home and as a 'developing country', it needs our help! We strive to formulate products using ingredients that can be grown in the Philippines and only include other ingredients if there are no local alternatives. The Philippines is so rich in natural resources... with a little more love of country from the business world, we can pave our way towards becoming a first-world nation.
