My Human Nature Family
If only people can get a glimpse of what goes on during a typical day, they'd see passionate and committed individuals working toward a common goal of delivering top-notch products that are pro-Philippines, pro-poor, and pro-environment. How often can you claim that the product you're using was lovingly made by Filipinos for Filipinos, more so that it was produced by a social enterprise? It gives me so much pride to be in the midst of these people. They motivate me to do my job and do it well.
My dream for the Philippines
To see more social enterprises bloom, wherein it's the norm rather than the exception. I also hope to see more Filipinos patronizing Philippine-made products and for all of us to see and believe that we, too can make products as good (and better) than those made abroad.
My Family
I admire my parents for all the sacrifices they've made in raising our family. Their guidance, relentless support and unwavering faith in us have given me and my siblings the confidence to pursue our own passions and to carve our own paths.
My Favorite Book
Oh, the Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss is beautifully written. It's a lovely reminder to get up every day and just move mountains. After all, "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose!" Just don't forget to "Step with care and great tact and remember that life's a great balancing act!"
Favorite Places
Up north, Sagada is absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over a sea of clouds at Kiltepan Point, witnessing the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites of Sumaging Cave and listening to the roaring waters of the Bomod-ok Falls was a life changing experience! They boast 0% crime rate and the food was so unforgettable!
Down south, the virgin beach of Calaguas island with its white powder sand and clear ble waters was a sight to behold!
