After having fun with your Halloween makeover, get your makeup brushes fa-boo-lously clean with this simple 6-Step How To using Human Nature Gentle Cleansing Oil and Human Nature Hand Soap:
1. Put two pumps of Gentle Cleansing Oil on clean and dry palm. If you feel that your brush is especially dirty, you can add as needed.
2. Add in four pumps of Natural Hand Soap. Again, if you feel that your brush is especially dirty, you can add more pumps, maintaining a 1:2 ratio for Gentle Cleansing Oil and Natural Hand Soap.
3. Mix the products thoroughly with your (dry) brush. Press your brush gently onto your palm so the mixture reaches the inside of your brush where some of the makeup, dirt and grime settle. Tip: If you want more lather, add in a couple more pumps of Natural Hand Soap.
4. Wash away the mixture – along with the makeup, dirt and grime! – by massaging your brush onto your palm under running water. Alternate clockwise and counterclockwise motions to rinse off thoroughly.
5. Finally, remove excess water by massaging your brush onto a clean and dry towel, and then let it dry overnight. Repeat the steps per makeup brush.
