B. Accepted Items

• Toys that are clean, complete and in good working condition.
• Battery operated toys with working batteries.
• Board games with complete parts and instructions.
• Toys that are non-toxic.

C. Items Not Accepted

• No food or candy of any kind can be accepted.
• Rubber/latex balloons are not permitted because of the hazards of choking and latex allergies.
• Toys with violent themes or that are insensitive to a culturally diverse population.
• Toys that break easily, have sharp edges or have many small parts that can be removed, swallowed or inhaled by children.
• Donations that are gift wrapped, as everything needs to be checked for safety reasons.
• Battery operated toys without batteries and board games without instructions.

Q: Where can I donate my second chance toys?

A: You can donate your toys at any Human Nature branches nationwide.

Q: Do I have to drop off the donated toys in the Human Nature branch?

A: Yes. Due to staffing and transportation constraints, we are unable to pick up toy donations.

Q: Is there a maximum number of toys that I can donate to the store?

A: No. In fact, we encourage you to bring as many second chance toys as you can.

Q: How will I donate the toys to the store?

A: You may approach any customer care officer in the store at anytime during your shopping. Let the customer care officer assess the quality of the toys based on our set of parameters. Upon checking the quality of the toys, you may drop your donations at the branch's designated donation box/receptacle.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement before we can donate toys?

A: No. You can donate as many toys as you can without having to purchase any Human Nature product.

Q: Who are the beneficiaries of the donated toys?

A: Your local Human Nature branch will locate a charity in your community to which these pre-loved toys will be brought.

Every toy, game and book will be forward by each branch to their respective beneficiaries! Collection dates will be from November 12 to December 15, 2016 only..
