What you’ll need:
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 dash of salt
- 3 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tbsps of oats
- 1 1/2 tbsps of corn flakes
- Microwave-safe mug
What to do:
1. Melt the butter in a microwave safe mug
2. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix well.
3. Add the vanilla and mix well.
4. Add the salt and mix well.
5. Add the egg yolk and mix well.
6. Add the flour and mix well.
7. Add oats and mix well.
8. Add corn flakes and mix well.
9. Microwave for 40-55 seconds.
10. Grab a spoon and dig in!
