How to sell Human Nature products with commission? By sharing affiliate links–earn a commission for every Human Nature product sold through your affiliate link.
Eligibility (1) OPEN FOR COMPANY-OWNED MEMBERS AND COMPANY-OWNED DEALERS
No need to sign up separately as members and dealers. Existing accounts can be used for affiliate access.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Commission will be earned only from purchases made by SHOPPERS (non-member and non-dealer) through affiliate links.
  2. Affiliates cannot earn commissions from Social Enterprise products and Human Nature merchandise.
  3. Affiliates can still earn a commission even if the shopper purchases a different Human Nature product from the one in the shared link.
  4. A valid TIN (Tax Identification Number) is required to join the affiliate program.
  5. Commissions can only be withdrawn after the shopper’s 30-day refund period and Finance team verification. Payouts are released on the 15th of the following month. The minimum commission payout amount is ₱500.
  6. Human Nature reserves the right to forfeit commissions if it is proven that the affiliate order was made using two accounts under the same account holder.

Definition of Terms

(1) Commissions This Month These are the monthly earned commissions before the 10% tax and any deductions for refunds.
(2) Verified Commissions (before Tax) These are the commissions after deducting refunds, but before applying the 10% tax.
AFFILIATE ORDERS
(1) ALL
All affiliate orders: not settled, settled and refunded

(2) NOT SETTLED
Excludes refunds–the refund period is still ongoing.

(3) SETTLED
Deductions for refunds (if any) have been made.

(4) REFUNDED
Refunded or returned affiliate orders that won’t earn commission.
COMMISSIONS WITHDRAWAL DETAILS
1) Update Withdrawal Method This is where the affiliate can update his commission withdrawal method.
*Minimum payout amount: P500
(2) Withdrawal History This is where the affiliate can view or track his commission payouts.
This shows the monthly data for:
– Commissions paid out
– Date of commission payout
– Method used for commission payout

Commission Computation

Sample Computation:

**General rule for the withholding tax is 10%. But if affiliate’s annual gross income does not exceed 3M, they can submit a notarized sworn declaration stating the same and a copy of their certificate of registration with BIR, if any, to qualify for the 5% withholding tax rate.

Commission Disbursement

Affiliates must update this through the ‘Update Withdrawal Method’ button in the Affiliate Dashboard to receive their commissions.

Every 15th day of the following month: Finance releases the verified commissions through the affiliates’ updated withdrawal method. Affiliates will only receive their commissions at this point.

Withdrawal Method

  • Bank Transfer via BPI only
  • Credit on Account  (to be used for future purchases)

Settlement Date

  • Every 15th day of the following month: Finance releases the verified commissions to affiliates. Only by this time the affiliates can receive their commissions.

What are Total Commissions?
These are the total commissions before 10% tax, including refunds.

What are the affiliate orders labeled as “NOT SETTLED”?

Affiliate orders excluding the refunds–the refund period is still ongoing.

What are the affiliate orders labeled as “SETTLED”?

Affiliate orders for which deductions for refunds (if any) have been made.

What are the affiliate orders labeled as “REFUND”?

Affiliate orders that have been refunded or returned by the shopper. An affiliate order that has been returned or refunded will not earn any commission.

How is “Est. Comm” computed in the AFFILIATE ORDERS section?

Computed at 15% commission; orders with new products (20%) will be reflected in the “Actual Comm” column.

What are the payout methods for my commissions?

  • Bank Transfer via BPI
  • Credit on Account (to be used for future purchases).

When does the Human Nature Finance Team verify my earned commission?

The verification occurs every 5th day of the following month. The team also deducts any refunds or returns made after the 30-day return and refund period from the earned commissions.

Can I get my commissions before the 30-day return and refund period?

No. For you to get your commissions, they must first complete the 30-day return and refund period and be verified and released by the Human Nature Finance Team.

When does the Human Nature Finance Team release my commissions so I can withdraw them?

Commissions are released every 15th day of the following month. Only by this time can affiliates withdraw their commissions, which are labeled as “Verified Commissions (before Tax)” in your dashboard.
