It’s just to be kinder to the body.
What are some of your eco-friendly practices?
My home is actually quite eco-friendly. I use cfl and LED lighting, and I only use it at night since my windows are big enough to let light in during the day. I have solar water heater and inverter air conditioners. My wooden flooring is recycled wood. My laundry is air-dried, no dryers for me. Our village practices waste segregation and they are pretty strict about it. They will not collect our garbage unless it is properly segregated.
I also try to eat healthy. I hardly buy anything processed. I like fresh vegetables and fruits. I haven’t eaten pork and beef (or anything for-legged) in 10 years. I still have to work on my edible garden, though.
Daily philosophy?
I totally adhere to the “Less is More” concept, in everything.
What Human Nature products do you use?
The shampoo, conditioners, lipstick, bug spray and chocolate lip balm.
