NEW Membership Program

Effective June 1, 2022 

ELIGIBILITY

  • To be a Human Nature Member under the new June 1, 2022 scheme, you must avail the Membership pack with a P150 fee valid for one year.  The pack consists of the Membership ID, a copy of the magalogue, and a special Human Nature sticker pack.  

BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES

  • As a Member, you can get to enjoy up to 15% discount on all purchases* without a required minimum spend plus access to Member-exclusive in-store promos and new product launch offers.

  *Home Care products, Sunflower Beauty Oil products, Refilling Station products, and Social Enterprise items have a Member ceiling discount of 10% discount. 

All other Human Nature products, including the products on promotion, have a 15% Member discount.

VALIDITY & RENEWAL

  • You can enjoy your Membership for one whole year.
  • No minimum purchase required to maintain your discount. 
  • After a year, you can pay P150 to renew your Membership card anytime at any Human Nature store nationwide, via our website https://humanheartnature.com, or send us an email at trade@humanheartnature.com. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • The new Membership scheme will be implemented starting June 1, 2022 at all Human Nature branches nationwide, sales hotline, and the Human Nature website.
  • Home Care products, Sunflower Beauty Oil products, Refilling Station products, and Social Enterprise items have a Member ceiling discount of 10% discount.  All other Human Nature products, including the products on promotion, have a 15% Member discount.
  • The Membership is valid for one year from date of enrollment. 
  • This new scheme is valid for new customers, current active Members, and inactive End-users/Shoppers/Members/Dealers.
  • Current active Members who signed up before January 1, 2022 can still enjoy their 15% discount until the end of June. To enjoy the Membership perks under the new terms from July onwards, they would need to sign up for the new Membership scheme after that.
  • Current active Members who signed up between January 1, 2022 and May 31, 2022 can still enjoy their current membership discount until the end of their guaranteed 6-month discount period. Once the 6 months is up, they can sign up for the new Membership Scheme to continue to enjoy their discounts. 
  • Members who have recently reactivated their Membership between March 1, 2022 and May 31, 2022 can still enjoy their 15% discount until the end of their 3-month guaranteed discount period. Once the 3 months is up, they can sign up for the new Membership Scheme to continue to enjoy their discounts. 
  • The Membership is non-transferrable, though Members may enroll a Membership extension to one (1) household member with a P50 card fee.
  • Human Nature reserves the right to request for Proof of Identification, from the primary Member or extension, upon use. 

Possible Scenarios and Questions:

  • I’m currently an active Human Nature Member, will I still enjoy my discount in June? Do I need to pay and sign up again under the new scheme?

A: Yes, you will still enjoy your current Membership discount until the end of June. To enjoy the Membership perks under the new terms from July onwards, you would need to sign up for the new Membership scheme after that and paythe P150 fee for the new Membership pack.  You will also need to update your personal information in case there are changes (eg. new email address or mobile number).

  • I’m an inactive Human Nature Member/ Dealer/ End-user/ Shopper, do I need to sign up for the new Membership?

 A:  Yes, you will need to pay the P150 fee for the new Membership pack (which consists of the Membership ID, 1 copy of the magalogue, and 1 Human Nature sticker pack) to enjoy the Membership discount and perks under the new scheme.  You will also need to update your personal information in case there are changes (eg. new email address or mobile number). 

  • I’m an existing Human Nature Member, do we have a new ID design for the new Membership scheme?

A:  Yes, the new Membership ID is included in the Membership pack that you will avail for P150.  The new design will include the validity date of your Membership.

  • I didn’t bring my Membership card, can I present my valid ID to avail the Membership discount and other benefits?

A:  Yes, as long as the name on your valid ID matches your Membership  account. 

  • If I signed up as a Member, and later on signed up to be a Dealer, can I go back to being a Member if I am not able to maintain the required monthly minimum purchase for Dealers?

A: Yes, you may go back to being a Member within the one year validity period from your Membership sign-up date. 

  • Can I renew my Membership anytime before it expires? Example, I would not have time to drop by the store by next week (when the membership expires)? 

A:  Yes, you may renew your Membership even before the end validity date. The new validity period will be based on the date when you will renew.  

  • Can I still ask someone to purchase for me and give him/her an authorization letter?

A:  Yes, you may ask another person to purchase for you for as long as he/she is enrolled as your extension. There will be no need for an authorization letter for extension card holders. 

  • Will my extension holder enjoy one year Membership discounts from the time that I enroll him/her?

A:  Your extended household member will enjoy the same validity period from your Membership sign up date, and not from the time that the extension was enrolled. 

  • Can I avail of both the Membership  and Dealership at the same time?

A:  No, you may only choose one that applies to you.  The Membership benefits are for personal use, while Dealership is for those who would want to resell.  If you’re a current Member and you decide to sell later on, you may sign-up to be a Dealer anytime for as long as you meet the requirements.

  • If I am a Member and I have a bulk order, can I avail of a one-time Dealer discount for my order?

A:  No, you will need to be a reseller to sign-up as a Dealer and enjoy the Dealer discounts and benefits.

  • Can I still avail the previous Membership promos?

A:  No, starting June 1, all new and current Members will be subject to the new Membership terms.
