  1. Dealers can avail of the free Human Nature favourites for higher ranks for as long as they meet the minimum purchase, but cannot avail of the freebies for lower ranks (eg. A:  Yes if you’re a Human Nature member and attended the NPL event physically, you may avail the member offer at HN physical stores. 

Yes if you’re a Human Nature dealer and attended the NPL event physically or via zoom, you may avail the dealer offers at HN physical stores or Call & Collect delivery service. But each promo is valid only once on single-receipt transactions.

  1. Can I avail the discount on selected new products and the free Human Nature favourites on the same transaction or invoice (eg. 15ml Natural Sunflower Eye Cream, and, 30% discount on 35g Natural Sunflower Face Bar with a min spend of Php4,500 net of discount)?

A:  Yes. 

  1. Can the new Human Nature products be included in the minimum spend required for discount on selected new products and free Human Nature favourites?

A:  Yes.

  1. Do I need to purchase other Human Nature products to avail the starting discount offer (27.5%) on selected new products?

A:  No need to purchase other Human Nature products to avail the starting discount.  

  1. Can I avail the promos even if I’m an inactive member/dealer?

A:  Yes, as long as you reach the minimum spend requirement to reactivate which is 800 for members and 1500 for dealers, on HN products, net of member/dealer discount.
