1. A Human Nature Registered Shopper/ Member/ Advocate may purchase any participating products from any Human Nature Branch, through the Human Nature Website or through order through phone.

2. All purchases within the promo period will be honored and counted.

3. All Human Nature Registered Shoppers/ Members/ Advocates who will qualify to get a free and/or discounted Rags2Riches bag will be notified by a Human Nature Customer Service Staff at the end of the promo period. They will also be advised by Human Nature which branch they can claim the bag.

4. Bags can only be claimed at Human Nature branches. Human Nature shall not ship out the bags directly to the residents of the shoppers/members/dealers.

5. Promo runs from September 17 to November 30, 2016. Redemption period is from December 1, 2016 up to January 31, 2017.

1. After the promo period, our IT Team will run the data to determine who among the Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates are qualified to get a free and/or discounted bag.

2. Human Nature Staff will get in touch with these individuals to inform them which branch they can claim ther Rags2Riches Amalia bag. The color of the bag (customers can choose from Marsala Red and Emerald Green) that will be chosen and the date of pick-up will also be noted.

3. The Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates should present a valid ID to the branch where he/she will claim the Rags2Riches bag.

4. The Human Nature Store Staff will verify the name of the Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates who will claim the bag from the list that will be generated by IT.

5. If verification is successful, the Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates will then sign an agreement stating that purchases made for participating products may not be refunded after reward/gift is claimed but exchanges for the same item are acceptable.

6. Upon pick-up of the bag, the Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates will be asked to sign a claim sheet.

7. The Human Nature registered shoppers/ members/ advocates should check his/her chosen bag thoroughly. We shall have a no exchange policy for the bag.

8. Claiming of Rags2Riches Amalia bags is be from December 1, 2016 until January 31, 2017. This will be under strict implementation.

Q: Who are eligible to join the promo?

This promo is open to all registered shoppers, members, advocates of Human Nature.

Q: What are the participating products in the promo?

This promo covers all products under the Prestige Skin Care line namely Overnight Elixir, Pure Rosehip Oil, Radiant Grace Night Cream and Pure Jojoba Oil.

Q: Where will this promo be implemented?

This promo will be implemented in all branches AND through web and/or phone sales.

Q: Should we buy the quantity of products required all at once in order to avail of the bag?

No. Purchases of the participating products may be done on a staggered basis for as long as these purchases are all done within the promo period.

Q: Can I avail of as many bags as I want?

Yes, as long as the quantity needed to avail of the free/discounted bag is achieved.

Q: How will purchases be verified by the branches?

Our IT Team will run data after the promo period to determine the list of qualified HN Registered Shopper/ Member/ Advocate.

Q: Can I still return/exchange/refund products (Overnight Elixir, Pure Rosehip Oil, Jojoba Oil and/or Radiant Grace Night Crea,) even if I already claimed the bag?

Purchases made for participating products may not be refunded after reward/gift is claimed but exchanges for the same item are acceptable.

Q: Can I exchange a bag?

We will have a NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN policy for the bag. All bags must be thoroughly inspected upon claiming and before leaving the store.

Q: What if there’s no stock of the bag that I want upon claiming?

Because our Customer Service will directly get in touch with you to confirm that your bag is ready for pick up, we will make sure that part of the agreement that you will make with HN will be the date of pick-up. HN will make sure that there is availability of bag in the branches upon pick-up of any customer.

Q: Can I claim my bag earlier if ever I purchase the required quantity of products even before the promo period ends?

No. All bags will be released for claiming after the data has been generated which will happen only after the promo period ends.

Q: When can I see more details about this promo?

A landing page on promo details will be dedicated on the HN Website. All ads about the promo that will be placed on Facebook, on the Goodness Gateway flier, and other collaterals will be linked to that landing page as well.

Q: Until when can a customer claim a free/discounted bag.

Claiming period will be from December 1, 2016 until Janunary 31, 2017. Claims that will be made beyond that period will no longer be honored.

Q: Can a customer call Human Nature Customer Service within the promo period and inquire about their progress on the promo (e.g. How many Prestige products has she already bought, How many more does she need to buy in order to get the free/discounted bag, etc.)

Since data on the promo will only be generated after the promo period, we will not be able to answer inquiries regarding the progress made by any customer on the promo. We strongly advise though that they keep receipts of purchases made to easily help them keep track of their purchases.

Q: What if I buy 20 pcs of Overnight Elixir, will that qualify me to get a free bag?

No. We will be very strict with the mechanics and will follow the exact quantity and the exact kind of products required.
