MEMBERSHIP

  What are the perks of being a Human Nature member or dealer?
Human Nature members and dealers get to enjoy exclusive discounts. Depending on your chosen registration pack, members are entitled to a 15% starting discount while dealers are entitled to a 25% starting discount.

  Is there an annual membership fee?
No, you only need to sign up as a Human Nature member or dealer once. As part of your registration requirement, you would have to purchase the Php799 Pack if you intend to sign up as a Human Nature Member or the Php1,999 Pack if you intend to sign up as a Human Nature dealer.

  What is the difference between personal purchases and combined group purchases?
Personal purchases are purchases made by you (the dealer/member). Combined group purchases include purchases made by your referred dealers and shoppers.

  How do I refer other dealers or shoppers?
To refer a shopper, they must simply inform the cashier or salesperson the name of the dealer (referrer) who referred Human Nature to them as well as their Dealer ID number. They can only register during their first purchase from Human Nature. For online orders, the referrer may be indicated in the remarks section.

  How do I refer US-based family & friends?
To refer a friend in the US, simply go to the Refer Friends tab on your Dashboard and send them invites via email, Facebook or Twitter from there. Once they register using the unique link you’ve sent, they’ll be identified as your referral and you’ll earn P350 referral income as soon as they make their first purchase of at least $79.

  What is the difference between a dealer referral and a shopper referral?
A dealer referral is an active dealer/member registered under you with cumulative purchase of at least Php800 (member/dealer price) within a month, whether purchased from Human Nature Head Office, online, or a Branch. A shopper is a person registered under you who buys from Head Office, online, or any Human Nature branch at retail price (SRP).

DEALER DISCOUNTS & RANKS

  Do I need to maintain my dealer discount?
Yes, you must maintain your dealer discount by meeting the monthly minimum purchase requirements on personal purchases. Dealer discount level may go down after one (1) month of failing to reach the monthly minimum purchase requirements.

In order to maintain the 15% discount for Human Nature Members, monthly personal purchases should at least be Php800. If you are unable to maintain the Php800 monthly purchase for three consecutive months, your account will be considered inactive. An inactive dealer is not entitled to any discount and hence buys at SRP. No worries though, you can reactivate back to member status by making a one-time purchase of at least Php800 at dealer price or make a cumulative purchase of at least Php800 within one month at SRP.

As a Human Nature dealer, you are entitled to get higher discounts depending on your monthly purchases. There is a minimum required amount in order to maintain the discount within your dealer rank. For example, to get a 26% discount on a dealer rank you must have at least Php5,000 total monthly purchase. If it falls below that minimum, your discount the following month will go down to 25%.

However if you are in the regular dealer rank with the 25% discount, you must maintain the monthly personal purchase of at least Php1,500. If you are unable to maintain at least Php1,500 average monthly purchase for a three month rolling period, your status will be Inactive.

  How can I get higher discounts?
As mentioned above, you can get a higher discount by meeting the monthly minimum requirement for personal purchases of the discount level that you would like to achieve. For example, if your discount for this month is 15% and you would like your discount to increase to 25%, your minimum total purchases by the end of the month should at least be Php1,500. Dealer discounts can go as high as 30%.

As indicated in our Terms, please note that Dealer Performance will be assessed monthly and will serve as a basis for promotion to the next level to be applied immediately in the succeeding month. Updating of discounts and dealer ranks take effect within the 1st until the 5th of the following month. Back orders are not included in calculating sales figures.

*Monthly purchase includes orders successfully processed from the 1st until the last working day of the month. Order processing is from Mondays-Saturdays 9:00am-5:30pm.

  How do I climb dealer ranks?
You can climb dealer ranks by meeting the monthly minimum purchase requirements on personal purchases and combined group purchases. Dealer ranks may go down if you don't meet the average purchase requirements within a three (3) month rolling period.

Bonus Perk: Human Nature dealer with a rank of Silver and up have the privilege of being featured in our Find a Dealer page so customers can easily contact you for orders! So aim high!

  How do I earn referral fees?
Human Nature dealers can begin earning referral fees once they reach the Bronze level by maintaining a monthly minimum purchase of Php1,500 in personal purchases and Php1,500 in combined group purchases. The more you and the people within your community purchase, the more you can earn!

  How do I know if I have referral fees?
Referral fees are released every third week of the succeeding month. For example, referral fees of your sales for the month of June will be available on the third week of July. Once you are entitled to referral fees and have chosen to receive it through credit on account, it will be credited to your Human Nature account once available. However, if you have chosen to receive it through cheque, it will be sent to the Human Nature branch where you regularly place your order. You may contact our Customer Service Team at 784-7788 or email customer.service@humanheartnature.com to confirm if your referral fees are available.

  How do I know my Dealer ID number?
After you successfully register as a Human Nature dealer, you will receive your Dealer ID with your unique Dealer ID number. If you have not yet received your ID, or if you have lost your ID, please just get in touch with the branch you registered with (if you registered online, contact the Head Office at (02) 784-7777 / (02) 784-7788. You can also see your Dealer ID number on the lower right of the invoices of your purchases, just below the total payment and across your name.

 

ORDERING

  How do I place new orders?
You can place your orders through the website. All you have to do is log in using your registered email address. If you don't have a password yet, just click on the "Forget Password" link and the system will send you a password to the same email address that you will use to log in.

A mobile version of the website can also be accessed through your smartphones, for easy ordering when you are out with customers or for those of you who don't have easy access to a computer.

You may also place your orders through the phone. Just call our Sales hotline at 784-7777. The sales hotline is open from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Our friendly sales associates would be more than happy to take your orders!

We would also appreciate the payment details or a copy of the deposit slip, if it won't be much of an inconvenience. You may also fax the deposit slip to (02) 784-7751 within 7 days to avoid cancellation of order.

Orders can only be processed once payment has reflected. Online and mobile fund transfers made outside business hours of 9am-6pm will only be reflected in our account within 1-2 banking days. Interbank fund transfers will take 3-5 banking days. Also, processing charges are automatically deducted. Kindly ensure that the amount of fund transfer covers the whole amount of the order including the charges.(Kindly contact your bank for the actual charges before making the transfer.)

b) Credit card - We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please provide the following details :

  How soon can I get my order?
Upon confirmation of your payment, you will receive your orders within 1-2 working days for deliveries within Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for provincial areas. We recommend placing your orders by 2pm to ensure prioritization in processing your order.

  Can I order from your branches?
Yes, you can order from any Human Nature branch nationwide. If you are a Human Nature member/dealer, your discount will be honored and applied by the branch where you placed your order. Simply show your Dealer ID.

Ordering and shipping guidelines vary in branches. You may contact them for more information. View our complete branch directory here.

  Can you deliver directly to my customer?
Yes, we can deliver directly to your customer. If you are placing your order over the phone just inform the sales associate not to include the invoice with the order. We will email you the invoice instead.

If you are placing your order online, simply follow the steps below:

1. On the Checkout Page, under Billing Information choose "Ship to a different address."
2. Under Shipping Information, select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new address. If you do not wish to include the invoice, check the box next to "Do not include invoice please." The invoice will be emailed to you instead.

PERMISSIONS AND CONSIGNMENT

  Can I make an online site using the images and text on your website?
Yes, you can use the images and texts from Human Nature's website on your online site as long as you credit Human Nature as the source by linking back to the website: www.humanheartnature.com.

  Can I do consignment?
We do not offer consignments for the time being. For unsold items, please refer to our Return and Exchange policy.

ONLINE DEALER SHOP

  What’s an Online Dealer Shop (ODS)?
An Online Dealer Shop is a new Dealer sales tool made available at Human Nature’s website. It is a Human Nature Dealer’s personal online store with the Dealer’s own unique link. This provides an online platform for Dealers to sell to more customers without the geographical and logistical limitations of selling face to face.

  How does an ODS work?
Each ODS is a replica of Human Nature's official online shop (https://humanheartnature.com/buy), with a link to the Dealer’s details and a thumbnail of the Dealer’s photo at the top left area of the page underneath the Human Nature logo. Each ODS can be visited via the Dealer's unique web link (e.g. https://humanheartnature.com/buy/lisadelacruz).

Dealers can share the link to their shop to their friends and contacts via email, SMS and social media, as well as link to it through their existing online stores. Shoppers buy through the ODS at SRP (brochure price). Once they check out, Human Nature Head Office will take care of picking, packing and delivering the order straight to the customer.

  How much will be my ODS Earnings?
The Dealer receives ODS Earnings for every Shopper purchase on their ODS equivalent to the difference between SRP (VAT-Ex) and their Dealer price, less a transaction charge of 5% of the total purchase and subject to applicable withholding tax.

  How do I get my ODS Earnings?
Similar to your Referral Earnings (downline purchase commission), your ODS Earnings will be calculated after the month end process and will be released around the third week of the following month either as credit on account or bank cheque sent to your home branch depending on which you prefer.

  Who can avail themselves of an ODS?
As long as you have at least an HN Dealer rank you are qualified to avail yourself of an Online Dealer Shop.

  How much will it cost to sign up?
You only need to pay a one-time online shop activation fee of P99 and you can keep your ODS as long as your rank is HN Dealer and up.

  How do I sign up for ODS?
You can sign up in two ways:

  1. Onlinewww.humanheartnature.com/buy , log in to your account and go to HeartQuarters (formerly Dashboard).

  2. Just above your sales graph click on “Open your online shop now”. It will add the P99 ODS fee to your shopping cart. Once you have paid, you will receive an online notification on your HeartQuarters as well as an email instruction with the link to set up your Online Dealer Shop. Just follow the instructions.
    • For Credit card/PayPal payment, we will immediately activate your Online Dealer Shop.

    • For other payment options, you will receive the ODS notification and email instruction after your payment has been confirmed by our Sales team. For faster processing please send the proof of payment to orders@humanheartnature.com and put the Web order number for reference.

  3. Human Nature Branch - Pay and register at any local Human Nature branch

    • You will receive the ODS confirmation and email instruction within 30 minutes from registration if you have an existing online account.

    • For Dealers that do not have an existing online account: You must activate your Dealer account online by going to www.humanheartnature.com/buy and clicking on Login > Activate Dealer Account. Submit the email you used to register as a Dealer, and you will receive an email that will prompt you to set your account password. After you have successfully signed in to your online Dealer account you will receive your ODS confirmation and email instruction after 30 minutes and you may set up your Online Dealer Shop.


  I am not yet an HN Dealer but I want to avail an ODS, what should I do?
You just need to sign up as an HN Dealer by registering online or at any Human Nature branch and avail the 1999 Flexible registration kit. You can avail of the ODS the same day you register as a Dealer.

HN Members and Inactive Dealers can easily move up to an HN Dealer rank through the following:

Inactive Members: Make a minimum single receipt purchase of P1500 net of discount and your rank will immediately be reactivated to HN Dealer status or make a minimum accumulated purchase of P1500 net of discount within a month and you will move up to HN Dealer rank after the 5th of the following month.

HN Members: Make a minimum total purchase of P1500net of discount within a month and you will move up to HN Dealer rank after the 5th of the following month.

Once your rank has been updated to an HN Dealer you can immediately avail an ODS.

  Why is there a Fee to open an ODS?
The ODS fee is required to cover the cost of setting up your online shop.

  What is a transaction fee?
A transaction fee is a 5% charge that covers the cost of processing your customers’ orders through your online shop by Human Nature Head Office. It also covers other back-end costs such as after-sales customer service.

  If I slide down from an HN Dealer level to an HN Member or my account becomes inactive, what happens to my ODS?
An ODS is an online store exclusive for HN Dealers. If your rank slides down to an HN Member rank or if you become inactive your ODS will be deactivated. Your ODS will immediately be reactivated as soon as your rank moves up to HN Dealer again.

  What’s an ODS Earnings and how is it different from Referral Earnings?
ODS Earnings are commissions you get from Shoppers who purchase at your ODS. This is calculated as the difference between the SRP (VAT-Ex) and your Dealer price less the 5% transaction fee and subject to 8% withholding tax.

Referral Earnings on the other hand are commissions that you get from your direct active referrals (downline Members and Dealers) purchases with percent commission based on your current Dealer rank, less all applicable government mandated taxes.

  Will I get ODS Earnings if my Member/Dealer downlines purchase in my ODS?
All ODS Shopper purchases are at SRP. Your Member/Dealer downlines’ discounts will be applied if they purchase through your online store. However, you will not get ODS Earnings but their purchases will be included in the calculation of your Referral Earnings.

  Will purchases in my ODS be included in my Community purchases?
The net sales on your ODS will be included in the calculation of your Community purchase for the sole purpose of maintaining your rank. Shopper purchases in your ODS however will not be included in the calculation of your Referral Earnings as you are already getting ODS Earnings from their purchases. Only Member/Dealer purchases will count toward the computation of Referral Earnings.

  Will purchases in my ODS be included in my Personal purchases?
No, since they are considered as part of the Community purchases as stated above. Hence, you are still required to maintain your minimum Dealer purchase requirement of P1500 net per month to maintain your Dealer rank.

  Can visitors register as HN Members/Dealers through my ODS?
Yes, they just need to click on Become a Dealer and once they complete the registration and payment, they will be tagged as your downlines.

  Will Shoppers on my ODS be tagged as my downlines?
Yes, all customers who register as Shoppers via your ODS will automatically be tagged as your downlines and all their purchases online will always be linked through your ODS except if your ODS is deactivated.

  Will I still get ODS Earnings from my downlines if my ODS is inactive?
When your ODS is deactivated your customers and downlines will be routed to the Human Nature main page to shop. Therefore you will get Referral Earnings instead of ODS Earnings from their purchases, both online and at Human Nature branches, as long as you are able maintain a rank entitled to earn Referral Earnings.

  Can existing online Shoppers and Members/Dealers buy through my ODS?
Shoppers and Members/Dealers with existing Human Nature online accounts who have not declared any upline cannot purchase through any ODS and will only be able to buy at the main Human Nature online shop (www.humanheartnature.com/buy). If they are already your existing downlines then you will still continue to get earnings from their online purchases (ODS Earnings from Shoppers and Referral Earnings from Members/Dealers).

  How will my total earnings be calculated?
Your total earnings (which will be subject to government mandated withholding tax) will be a combination of your Referral Earnings and ODS Earnings as illustrated below:

This will be on top of your sales profit from your Person to Person selling (in store/offline purchases).

  How can I monitor my actual Earnings?
Both your Referral and ODS Earnings can be easily monitored in your HeartQuarters.

  Who can know about my ODS?
Aside from sharing your ODS link via email, text or social media, your Online Dealer Shop will also be searchable in our Find A Dealer page so online visitors can choose a Dealer and click the link to an ODS page.

  Will my ODS Earnings be subjected to withholding tax like the Referral Earnings?
Yes, it is government mandated for all forms of earnings payable to Dealers to be subjected to 8% withholding tax.

  Do I really need to provide my Tax Identification Number (TIN)?
Human Nature is required to withhold the corresponding government mandated withholding taxes on all income payments made like commissions to sales agents (i.e. Dealers). In addition, we are required to submit a list of all withheld taxes with the corresponding individual names and TIN of each. Hence, we will be requiring Dealers to provide us their TIN before we release any commissions/earnings. If you have not submitted your TIN, you can easily submit it to us via the "Submit your TIN" link at the top of your HeartQuarters, or by emailing your TIN to customer.service@humanheartnature.com.

  What will happen to my earnings if I don’t provide my TIN?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to release your earnings unless we are able to remit your withholding tax to BIR, which requires your Tax Identification Number (TIN). However, all earned commissions will be placed on hold and can be released to you on the next payout following the date you submitted your TIN.

  How can I register for my Tax Identification Number (TIN)?
You may register for a TIN and get more information about it by contacting your nearest BIR branch or registering through the BIR eRegistration portal by clicking the link below:

  I have an online store on other websites, can I still keep my other online stores if I open an ODS?
Yes, you may still keep your other online shops as we understand these other channels can help expand your network. However, we highly recommend that you place links to your official ODS in your other shops as this can help build your credibility with your customers as an authorized Human Nature Dealer. Directing your customers directly to your ODS can help you save on cost and time in processing and sending the orders to your clients.

  Why can’t I look at my own store while I am logged in to humanheartnature.com?
Your Online Dealer Shop is only visible to other users when they are logged in to their own accounts on the website. This means you won’t be able to “visit” your own store if you are logged in as yourself, because it is possible for your account to be under a different Online Dealer Shop. If you wish to view your own Online Dealer Shop, just open the unique link to your ODS (e.g. https://humanheartnature.com/buy/lisadelacruz) in a private/incognito window, OR log out humanheartnature.com then open your ODS link.

  Will I enjoy the same Dealer discount and get Referral Earnings on all products?
Your discount is generally applicable for all purchase of Human Nature products except for selected items that has a ceiling discount which can be lower than your current Dealer discount. At the same time, there are items and fees that are excluded from the calculation of your referral fees. Please see below table for the list of items with maximum applicable discounts and non-commissionable products and services.

  My friend signed up as a member/dealer through my ODS. Will I get ODS earnings from her registration purchase?
You will not receive ODS earnings from member or dealer downline transactions including starter kit purchases. However, you may receive referral earnings from these transactions if your rank qualifies you.
