Terms & Conditions:

  1. Promo is valid for purchases of Human Nature branded products only, net of dealer discounts.  Social Enterprise products, Human Nature marketing materials/ packaging, gift certificates, and service fees are excluded. 
  1. Applicable rebates shall be based on purchases net of discounts from October 18 to December 31, 2024.  
  1. The rebates through credit on account will be released on February 7, 2025
  1. The redemption of credits is valid from their Human Nature home branch only (where they frequently shopped) by the Member.
  1. Product returns for transactions covered by the rebates are not allowed.
  1. Rebates are not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
  1. Rebates are subject to government-mandated taxes.
  1. Human Nature reserves the right to investigate and void claim of rebate due to system error or fraudulent transactions.
  1. Dealers and Community hubs are excluded in this mechanics. Please refer to Dealer Loyalty Program mechanics.
  1. Members may monitor their purchases and rebates by:
    1. Logging in the ‘My Account Page’ on Human Nature website
    2. Checking with the sales staff at any Human Nature branch
    3. Sending an email to customer.service@humanheartnature.com

FAQ:

  1. May I request to have my rebates transferred to another branch?

A:  Yes you may send us an email at customer.service@humanheartnature.com for the rebate transfer request.  

  1. Can walk-in shoppers avail of rebates?

A: This promo is exclusively for registered Human Nature members only. You can enjoy credits by signing up today.

  1. Do I need to keep my receipts?

A: Purchases are tracked based on system invoices associated with your dealer account. To ensure that your purchases are included, always use your dealer account when purchasing from Human Nature branches. Accumulated purchases based on system-generated invoices shall be the basis of your rebates. However, you may choose to keep your receipts for your personal tracking.

  1. How do I check my purchases?

A: You may log on to your dealer dashboard to check your purchases. Please give a day’s allowance to see your updated purchases on the dashboard.

  1. If I transact online, are my purchases included?

A: As long as you use the same account for your online purchases, it will be included in the rebates.

  1. What are the participating products?

A: Only purchases of Human Nature branded items are eligible.  Purchases of Social Enterprise products, Gift Certificates and other service fees are excluded.  

  1. Is there a minimum spend required?

For a minimum spend of P1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred Philippine pesos) you will receive a P75 rebate.

  1. Is there a maximum rebate?

A: The more you purchase, the more generous rebates you can enjoy. Go as high as P10,000 (Ten thousand Philippine pesos) to enjoy the maximum rebate of P1,000.

  1. What if I purchase P8,000? Do I get the rebates for P3,000, then P5,000?

A: Rebates are based on the highest purchase threshold reached. Therefore, given a P8,000 purchase, you will enjoy a P400 rebate. Rally your personal purchases up to P8,000 to enjoy 400 worth of rebates!
