Meet the talented team behind Human Nature’s 100% Filipino-made, world-class products.
From lotions to shampoos, deodorants to mineral make-up, the products Human Nature comes up with are a result of a collective effort from different teams of incredibly talented people.
Today, we’d like to pay special tribute to one department which has been extremely central to Human Nature’s continuous development and growth: straight from Human Nature’s Natural Care Labs, our gifted Research and Development Team.
The R&D team is composed of the four sub-teams:
1) Quality Assurance
2) Research & Testing
3) Regulatory
4) Product Formulations teams
Together, their role is to create world-class products based on our philosophy of being Pro-Philippines, Pro-Poor, Pro-Environment.
Many members of our team came from multinational companies (some from very senior positions), but they joined Human Nature because they wanted to give their talents to their beloved Philippines instead. Here, they have the freedom to create their own products entirely from scratch, using ingredients which will benefit our country and our farmers.
Outside the pristine laboratories, they proudly claim the title of being the company’s best source of great munchies and the go-to guys for those in dire need of a good laugh. 🙂
Coming up with innovative concoctions on a regular basis may seem easy at first glance, but the R&D team’s job is really tough!
You see, formulating with natural ingredients is much more difficult than formulating conventional chemical products because finding stable natural formulations without synthetic preservatives takes weeks, months, and even years of intensive research and testing before it passes our strict standards for quality.
Yet because we are committed to producing safe, world class, earth-friendly natural products for you, it’s all worth the hard work.
These challenges actually give the R&D team more opportunities to have fun and be creative! Our R&D teams in the Natural Care Labs spend every day merging science with nature, unwrapping the gifts of mother nature that God has scattered throughout our country.

One unusual fact about our R&D team is that there is no limit to hiring for our R&D department!
