Christmas Rewards Program 2020

This Christmas season, your gifts are on us! Earn points whenever you shop Human Nature branches and at the Human Nature Online Store and get rewards in return! Read more on how you can earn points and what gifts await you!

Christmas Loyalty Program Promo Mechanics:

1. Dealers will earn 1 point for every P200 purchase. Points will be tallied in cumulative invoice by end of promo period and not on a per invoice basis.
2. Points shall be based on purchases net of discounts made from November 7 to December 31, 2020, and net of returns made from November 7, 2020 to January 31, 2021.
3. Only purchases of Human Nature-branded items are eligible. Purchases of products from partner social enterprises, gift certificates, packaging, and other service fees are no valid for this promo.
4. The rewards can be redeemed from February 26, 2021 to March 31, 2021 from the home branch only and by the registered Dealer/Member.
5. The rewards are not convertible to cash or credit and are non-transferable.
6. Human Nature reserves the right to investigate and void claim of rewards due to system error or fraudulent transactions.
7. The gift rewards are subject to availability of stock and may change without prior notice.
8. Members/Dealers may redeem different gift rewards equivalent to the total points earned during the period. For example, if a Member/Dealer earned 500 points, they can claim rewards under 100 points multiplied by 5.
9. Members/Dealers should call the Customer Service Hotline (02) 8784-7788 to gain points for orders made through the Human Nature website and via phone.
10. The rewards cannot be returned or exchanged with other Human Nature products.

To Gain and/or Verify Points:

Points shall be based on purchases net of discounts made from November 7, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and net of returns made from November 7, 2020 to January 31, 2021. oints will be tallied in cumulative invoice amount by end promo period.

For Human Nature Branch Orders:

Members/Dealers may check through the branches to verify their points.

For Human Nature website orders

Members/Dealers may email Human Nature at orders@humanheartnature.com or customer.service@humanheartnature.com to gain points for orders made through Human Nature website and/ or verify.

To Redeem Rewards:

The rewards can be redeemed on February 26, 2021 to March 31, 2021 from the home branch only and by the registered Member/ Dealer (home branch = branch where they have frequently purchased during the promo period).

For web orders

Members/ Dealers may redeem their rewards either through:>/p>

Pick-up at Human Nature Commonwealth branch; or

Ship along with their next order*. Just type in the eligible gift rewards in the comments box at the bottom of the CHECKOUT.

Question: Is there a maximum number of points that Members/ Dealers can earn?

Answer: No maximum number of points. More purchases mean more rewards.

Question: Can Members/ Dealers redeem different gift rewards equivalent to the total points earned during the period (example: earned 500 points = claim rewards under 100 points x 5)

A: Yes

Question:If the gift rewards are unavailable (out of stock) at the branch or web, can a Member/ Dealer choose other variants of the same kind? Or choose other items at the same or lower cost?

Answer: Yes, if the gift rewards are unavailable at the branch or web, a Member/ Dealer can choose other variants. If the other variants are out of stock as well, they can choose other items at the same or lower cost.
