We're delighted to announce the launch of our pioneer Human Nature Concept Store in Mindanao - in Cagayan de Oro City!
Here at Human Nature, we are committed to spreading only the good throughout the entire country. So we're delighted to announce that our Cagayan de Oro (CDO) branch has unveiled the FIRST Human Nature Concept Store in Mindanao!

Like our concept stores in Laguna, Cebu, and Olongapo, Human Nature CDO features the beautiful tree lights and modern Filipino-inspired interiors you first saw in our Flagship Store along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. Unlike with the old branch that used to be on the second floor, you can now easily convince your parents (and grandparents) to go visit the store with you since they wouldn't have to climb any stairs. The branch operators looked intently for a location that is convenient for customers of all ages!
Created by Filipina designers Joyce Angara and Maureen Adraneda, the indoor trees were inspired by their trip to the Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm in Angat, Bulacan. They loved the sense of community and the serenity that came with being embraced by Mother Nature everywhere, and wanted to infuse Human Nature's interiors with that same spirit.

Back in 2008, Martin & Sheilah Atienza, Anthony & Anna Maita del Fierro, Mark & Janice del Fierro, and Gerard & Marla Quiaoit were invited to the Human Nature launch in Manila. Their involvement in Gawad Kalinga had always stirred their interest in what they could do to help build our nation. GK founder Tony Meloto inspired the group to get involved in the Human Nature endeavor. Being GK advocates, the couples found Human Nature as an opportunity for them to be able to do something more to help the families in the different Gawad Kalinga sites around the country, and they started the business in Cagayan de Oro in March 2009.
Throughout three years of meeting the challenge of balancing their time in their individual professional careers, their active work in GK, and managing the branch, Human Nature Cagayan de Oro has blossomed - to the happy surprise of the branch operators - from a small home-based business (catering mostly to relatives and friends!) to a small room at Corpus Christi School, to a beautiful concept store that showcases the best of the Philippines.

Human Nature Cagayan de Oro's mission to the Filipino people is at the heart of their day-to-day operations: whenever they sell the products, it's to help the Filipino farmer and his family, to provide stable salaries for their staff above and beyond what is required by law, and to make more households aware of the benefits of using all-natural products. In the coming months and years, the branch operators eagerly look forward to becoming one of the biggest contributors not only to the Human Nature business, but also to the advocacy.

Here's an interesting tidbit – Human Nature's new CDO branch is actually one of the oldest buildings and a heritage site in the city! With the store’s well-preserved façade, experience the merry mix of the old and the new as Cagayan de Oro welcomes its loyal shoppers with our trademark modern Philippine look. This branch, also brandishing canopies, will be easy to spot since it sits in the corner of CDO City's two busiest streets - Hayes and Velez.
Through humble beginnings and infinite possibilities, advocates like you have remained loyal to us. These transformations are our way of giving back. We'd be very happy to welcome you home!
